The key functions of the company are controlled by the
second generation of promoters:
Shailendra Garg
A Textile Engineer from VJTI - Mumbai, Shailendra oversees
Technical Sales efforts of our Company. His forte is Technical
Sales Support by visiting customers' manufacturing sites,
understanding their manufacturing process and system and then
arriving at the correct recommendation to suit a given system.
He ensures that he witnesses the plant trials of our products
at customers' end and suggest the most appropriate method of
use and dosage for our products and advises customers
accordingly.
Dewang Garg
He has been with TinyChem since 2004 and he has
single-handedly implemented upgradation and modernization of
our manufacturing facilities, albeit under expert guidance of
our Director Mr. Gajendra Garg. Initiatives taken by Dewang
would go a long way in putting in place an efficient factory
management system.
